As a service project within TRR295 a well characterized cohort of PD patients treated with DBS will be established: A standardized multidomain clinical data set including imaging, electrophysiology, biosamples as well as smartphone-based and patient reported data will be documented at all participating sites and will be stored and retrieved centrally in the established data platform “dotbase”.

These data can be exchanged based on a defined U&A concept and will build a base for a ready-to-trial cohort for clinical pilot and proof of concept studies in particular to investigate the longitudinal effects and factors influencing chronic neurostimulation. Methodological support will be provided to facilitate data usage for specific requests by TRR 295 researchers.
