Personalized functional imaging and neuromodulation.
A key challenge in studying fine-grained network organization and translating these findings into clinical practice is the lack of reliable tools for mapping individualized brain networks. To address this, we developed novel functional imaging methods that leverage resting-state fMRI to precisely map subject-specific functional regions. These advanced neuroimaging techniques hold promise for uncovering disease-related neural circuits and enabling personalized therapeutic targets for a range of neurological and psychiatric conditions.
In this talk, I will present our research on circuit-based neuromodulation in Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and other disorders.
